Press event in Madrid

On the evening of Wednesday, 19th June, Parmigiano Reggiano will host a press event in Madrid for Spanish food and lifestyle journalists.

The event will take place at A’Barra, an award-winning gourmet restaurant, where chef Juan Antonio Medina (1* Michelin) practices a great kitchen that consists of four pillars: product, balance, taste and technique.

During the evening, guests will enjoy a tasting of 12-month, 24-month and 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by a dinning pairing experience.  

With this dinner we will inform the Spanish media of the extraordinary versatility, the fabulous taste and the unique characteristics of “The King of Cheeses”.
